Note: The specifications and sizes below are for reference only; custom sizes are available upon request! Regarding thickness: the standard thickness is 3~3.5 mils, medium thickness is 4 mils, national standard thickness is 5 mils, and branded chain stores such as Carrefour typically use 5.5 mils, which exceeds the national standard. (The thickness of plastic bags is measured in mils, with 1 mil = 0.01 millimeter.) Single-sided single-color printing is recommended to shorten the production lead time.

The minimum order quantity for non-woven bags is 2,000 pcs. For other types of plastic bags such as ziplock bags, laminated packaging bags, and high-grade handbags, the MOQ is determined according to printing and production requirements.
Attached are common sizes of non-woven bags: Vertical Style: Height 40cm * Width 30cm * Side Gusset 10cm; Horizontal Style: Height 35cm * Width 45cm * Side Gusset 10cm.
Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags:
Production will be arranged upon final confirmation of design. Delivery is expected within approximately 9 days (excluding special circumstances, which include delayed customer confirmation of printing samples, power outages, work-related injuries, and national policy restrictions).
Payment Terms for Custom Plastic Bags:
1. After signing the custom plastic bag agreement, a 30% deposit is required. The balance shall be paid before delivery, which will be arranged after confirmation via photos or sample delivery by SF Express.
2. After signing the custom plastic bag agreement, a 40% deposit is required. The balance can be collected by the logistics company if logistics conditions permit.
Quantity Tolerance Instructions for Plastic Bag Production:
Due to the characteristics of plastic bag materials and production processes, the quantity cannot be precisely controlled. Therefore, there may be a tolerance of up to ±10% between the actual shipment quantity and the ordered quantity. Payment will be settled based on the actual delivered quantity. We appreciate your understanding.
Due to unavoidable errors in production equipment, occasional shortages of 1-2 pcs per bundle may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us directly for resolution if the tolerance is excessive.
