Since this customer's clothing is mainly sold in the German market, he mentioned that Germany has very strict regulations on whether packaging bags are degradable. If the bag is not fully degradable, it cannot enter the German market, and your products cannot be sold there.

The packaging bag material of our Sayru Technology is mainly made by blow molding PLA + PBAT with a reasonable formula. The bone-sealed part is also degradable, but this material is not PLA or PBAT—it is PBS. Below, we will popularize the physical and chemical properties of PBS.

PBS is synthesized by polycondensation of succinic acid and butanediol. Bionole (#1000) produced by Showa Highpolymer Co., Ltd. in Japan is a type of PBS biodegradable material, and its basic physical and mechanical properties are shown in the following table.

PBS decomposes into water and carbon dioxide in soil, featuring "biodegradability". Considering the convenience and cost of disposal when discarded, it can decompose and disappear in the environment when recycling is difficult. This characteristic makes it suitable for agricultural film processing methods—blow molding, injection molding, extrusion molding, sheet molding, foam molding, vacuum molding, etc., are all applicable to PBS processing.

Currently, based on these molding processability and mechanical properties, market development is being carried out for applications in various fields (agricultural materials, daily necessities, packaging materials, industrial materials, etc.).
