Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags:
Production starts after design finalization. Delivery expected in ~9 working days (excluding special cases: delayed sample confirmation, power outages, work accidents, or national policy restrictions).
Payment Terms for Custom Plastic Bags:
1. 30% deposit upon order confirmation. Balance payable in full before delivery (confirmed via photos or SF Express sample).
2. 40% deposit upon order confirmation. Balance collectible by logistics company upon delivery (if logistics conditions allow).
Quantity Tolerance Policy:
Due to material and production characteristics, quantity may vary by ±10% from the ordered amount. Payment will be based on actual delivered quantity – your understanding is appreciated.
Occasional shortages of 1-2 bags per bundle may occur due to unavoidable equipment tolerances. Please contact us directly for resolution if tolerance exceeds the specified range.
