Regarding thickness: regular thickness is 3~3.5 silk, medium thickness is 4 silk, national standard is 5 silk, and brand chain supermarkets like Carrefour adopt super national standard of approximately 5.5 silk. The minimum order quantity for non-woven bags is 2,000 pieces. For other types of plastic bags such as zip-lock bags, composite packaging bags, and high-end handbags, the MOQ is determined based on printing and production requirements.

Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags:
Production will be arranged after design finalization, and delivery is expected within approximately 9 days (excluding special circumstances such as delayed confirmation of printing samples by the customer, power outages, work-related accidents, and national policy restrictions).
Transaction Terms for Custom Plastic Bags:
1. After reaching a custom plastic bag agreement, a 30% deposit is required in advance. The balance shall be paid in full before delivery after the order is completed and confirmed via photos or sample delivery by SF Express.
2. After reaching a custom plastic bag agreement, a 40% deposit is required in advance. The balance can be collected by the logistics company if logistics conditions permit.
Quantity Tolerance Explanation for Plastic Bag Production:
Due to the characteristics of plastic bag materials and production processes, the quantity cannot be precisely controlled. Therefore, there may be a certain tolerance between the delivered quantity and the ordered quantity, with a margin of ±10%. Payment will be settled based on the actual delivered quantity. We appreciate your understanding.
Due to unavoidable equipment tolerances during production, there may occasionally be a shortage of 1-2 bags in a bundle. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us directly for handling if the tolerance exceeds a reasonable range.
