The MOQ for non-woven bags is 2,000 pieces. For other plastic bag types – including ziplock bags, composite packaging bags, and premium handbags – the MOQ is determined by printing and production requirements.
Common non-woven bag sizes (for reference): Vertical Style: 40cm H * 30cm W * 10cm Side Gusset; Horizontal Style: 35cm H * 45cm W * 10cm Side Gusset.
Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags
Production begins immediately after design finalization. Shipment is expected within approximately 9 days (excluding special circumstances: delayed confirmation of printing samples, power outages, workplace accidents, and national policy restrictions).
Payment Terms for Custom Plastic Bags
1. After confirming the custom plastic bag agreement, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment, confirmed via photos or sample delivery through SF Express.
2. After confirming the custom plastic bag agreement, a 40% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be collected by the logistics provider if conditions permit.
Quantity Tolerance for Plastic Bag Production
Due to the properties of plastic materials and production processes, precise quantity control is not feasible. A reasonable tolerance of ±10% may exist between the delivered and ordered quantities. Payment will be settled based on the actual delivered quantity – we appreciate your understanding.
Occasional shortages of one or two bags per bundle may occur due to unavoidable machine tolerances. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us directly to resolve issues if the tolerance exceeds the specified range.
