Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags:
Production starts after final design confirmation. Delivery is expected within 9 working days (excluding special circumstances: delayed confirmation of printing samples, power outages, work-related accidents, national policy restrictions).
Payment Terms for Custom Plastic Bags:
1. 30% deposit upon signing the custom agreement; balance paid before delivery (confirmed via photos or SF Express sample delivery).
2. 40% deposit upon signing the custom agreement; balance collected by the logistics company (if logistics conditions permit).
Quantity Tolerance for Plastic Bag Production:
Due to material and production characteristics, quantity cannot be precisely controlled. A tolerance of ±10% between the ordered and delivered quantity is acceptable. Payment will be settled based on the actual delivered quantity. We appreciate your understanding.
Occasional shortages of 1-2 pcs per bundle may occur due to unavoidable equipment errors. Please contact us directly for resolution if the tolerance exceeds the standard.
