Specifications, Sizes and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Die-Cut Handle Bags (Punched Handle Bags)

Note: Side width for die-cut handle bags is optional, subject to customer requirements.

• The minimum order quantity for non-woven bags is 2,000 units. For other types of plastic bags (e.g., self-sealing bags, composite packaging bags, high-end tote bags), the MOQ is determined by printing and production requirements.
• Common non-woven bag sizes: Vertical style: 40cm × 30cm × 10cm (side width); Horizontal style: 35cm × 45cm × 10cm (side width).

Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags

Production will start after design finalization. Shipment is expected within approximately 9 days (excluding special circumstances such as delayed customer confirmation of printing samples, power outages, work-related accidents, or national policy restrictions).

Payment Terms for Custom Plastic Bags

1. After signing the custom plastic bag agreement, a 30% deposit is required. The balance must be paid in full before shipment, confirmed via photos or a sample sent by SF Express.
2. After signing the custom plastic bag agreement, a 40% deposit is required. The balance can be collected by the logistics company if logistics conditions permit.

Quantity Tolerance for Plastic Bag Production

Due to the characteristics of plastic bag materials and production processes, the final quantity cannot be precisely controlled. Therefore, there may be a tolerance of ±10% between the delivered quantity and the ordered quantity. Payment will be settled based on the actual delivered quantity. We appreciate your understanding.

Occasionally, a small number of bundles may be missing 1-2 bags due to unavoidable equipment tolerances. Please contact us directly for resolution if the tolerance exceeds the specified range.
