Note: The following specifications and sizes are for reference only – custom sizes are available upon request! Regarding thickness: standard thickness is 3~3.5 silk, medium thickness is 4 silk, national standard is 5 silk, and brand chain supermarkets like Carrefour adopt ultra-national standard thickness of approximately 5.5 silk. (Plastic bag thickness is measured in "silk", where 1 silk = 0.01 mm.) Single-sided, single-color printing is recommended to shorten production lead time.

Note: Side gussets for handle bags are optional, depending on customer requirements.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for non-woven bags is 2,000 pieces. For other plastic bag types – including ziplock bags, composite packaging bags, and premium handbags – the MOQ is determined based on printing and production requirements.

Attached are common non-woven bag sizes: Vertical Style: Height 40cm * Width 30cm * Side Gusset 10cm; Horizontal Style: Height 35cm * Width 45cm * Side Gusset 10cm.

Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags:

Production will commence upon design finalization. Shipment is expected within approximately 9 days (excluding special circumstances such as delayed confirmation of printing samples by the customer, power outages, workplace accidents, and national policy restrictions).

Payment Terms for Custom Plastic Bags:

1. After confirming the custom plastic bag agreement, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment, confirmed via photos or sample delivery through SF Express.

2. After confirming the custom plastic bag agreement, a 40% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be collected by the logistics provider if logistics conditions permit.

Quantity Tolerance Explanation for Plastic Bag Production:

Due to the inherent properties of plastic bag materials and production processes, precise quantity control is not feasible. Therefore, a reasonable tolerance may exist between the delivered quantity and the ordered quantity, with a maximum deviation of ±10%. Payment will be settled based on the actual delivered quantity – we appreciate your understanding.

Occasional shortages of 1-2 bags per bundle may occur due to unavoidable machine tolerances. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us directly to resolve issues if the tolerance exceeds the specified range.
