The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for non-woven bags is 2,000 pieces. For other types of plastic bags – such as ziplock bags, composite packaging bags, and premium handbags – the MOQ is determined by printing and production requirements.
Attached are common non-woven bag sizes: Vertical Style: 40cm Height * 30cm Width * 10cm Side Gusset; Horizontal Style: 35cm Height * 45cm Width * 10cm Side Gusset.
Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags
Production will commence upon design finalization. Shipment is expected within approximately 9 days (excluding special circumstances, which include delayed confirmation of printing samples by the customer, power outages, workplace accidents, and national policy restrictions).
Payment Terms for Custom Plastic Bags
1. After confirming the custom plastic bag agreement, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment, which can be confirmed via photos or sample delivery through SF Express.
2. After confirming the custom plastic bag agreement, a 40% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be collected by the logistics provider if logistics conditions allow.
Quantity Tolerance Explanation for Plastic Bag Production
Due to the characteristics of plastic bag materials and production processes, precise quantity control is not feasible. Therefore, there may be a certain tolerance between the delivered quantity and the ordered quantity, with a maximum deviation of ±10%. Payment will be settled based on the actual delivered quantity – we appreciate your understanding.
Occasional shortages of 1-2 bags per bundle may occur due to unavoidable machine tolerances. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues if the tolerance exceeds the specified range.
