MOQ for non-woven bags is 2,000 pieces. For other plastic bags (e.g., zip-lock bags, composite packaging bags, premium handbags), MOQ is determined by printing and production requirements.
Common non-woven bag sizes (for reference): Vertical: 40cm H * 30cm W * 10cm Side W; Horizontal: 35cm H * 45cm W * 10cm Side W.
Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags:
Production starts after design finalization. Delivery is expected within 9 working days (excluding special circumstances: delayed sample confirmation by customer, power outages, work accidents, or national policy restrictions).
Transaction Terms for Custom Plastic Bags:
1. 30% deposit required upon signing the custom agreement. Balance to be paid in full before delivery, confirmed via photos or sample delivery by SF Express.
2. 40% deposit required upon signing the custom agreement. Balance can be collected by the logistics company upon delivery (if logistics conditions permit).
Quantity Tolerance Notice for Plastic Bag Production:
Due to the characteristics of plastic materials and production processes, quantity cannot be precisely controlled. A tolerance of ±10% between the delivered quantity and ordered quantity is possible. Payment will be settled based on the actual delivered quantity – your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Occasional shortages of 1-2 bags per bundle may occur due to unavoidable equipment tolerances. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us directly if the tolerance exceeds the specified range for resolution.
