Note: The following specifications are for reference only; custom sizes are available upon request! Regarding thickness: standard thickness is 3~3.5 silk, medium thickness is 4 silk, national standard is 5 silk, and branded chain supermarkets like Carrefour use ultra-national standard thickness of approximately 5.5 silk. (Plastic bag thickness is measured in silk, where 1 silk = 0.01 mm.) Single-sided, single-color printing is recommended to shorten production lead time.

The minimum order quantity for non-woven bags is 2,000 pieces. For other types of plastic bags (e.g., zip-lock bags, composite packaging bags, premium handbags), the MOQ is determined by printing and production requirements.
Attached are common non-woven bag sizes: Vertical Style: Height 40cm * Width 30cm * Side Width 10cm; Horizontal Style: Height 35cm * Width 45cm * Side Width 10cm.
Production Lead Time for Custom Plastic Bags:
Production will start after design finalization; delivery is expected within approximately 9 days (excluding special circumstances such as delayed confirmation of printing samples by the customer, power outages, work-related accidents, or national policy restrictions).
Payment Terms for Custom Plastic Bags:
1. After signing the custom plastic bag agreement, a 30% deposit is required. The balance must be paid in full before shipment, which can be confirmed via photos or sample delivery by SF Express.
2. After signing the custom plastic bag agreement, a 40% deposit is required. The balance can be collected by the logistics company upon delivery, subject to logistics conditions.
Quantity Tolerance Statement for Plastic Bags:
Due to the characteristics of plastic bag materials and production processes, the quantity cannot be precisely controlled. Therefore, there may be a tolerance of ±10% between the delivered quantity and the ordered quantity. Payment will be settled based on the actual delivered quantity; we appreciate your understanding.
Due to unavoidable equipment tolerances, occasional shortages of 1-2 bags per bundle may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience. If the tolerance exceeds the specified range, please contact us directly for resolution.
